16th Annual Event FAQ

The 16th Annual Lombardi Women event will be held Thursday, October 6th from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

The 16th Annual Lombardi Women event will be celebrated on the grounds of the beautiful and historic Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts in a covered outdoor pavilion. There will be ample parking available in Wolf Trap’s parking lots.

The event will take place rain or shine, and all seating at Wolf Trap is situated under the cover of a roof. In the event of rain, umbrellas will be available for attendees as they exit their cars.

In lieu of a dinner format, the 16th Annual Lombardi Women will be a cocktail reception with light bites. 

We will once again gather our incredible community of women for a late afternoon of networking and inspiration while recognizing our Spirit of Life Honoree. Guests can also participate in our wonderful silent auction – with all proceeds going to support breast cancer research at Lombardi.

For ease of distribution and to avoid crowding, this year’s silent auction will be completely virtual and accessible via your smartphone. We will have iPads available for those who require assistance with virtual bidding or have any questions. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to take home your winnings at the end of the night.

We strongly encourage all attendees to be vaccinated. We kindly ask that anyone experiencing COVID-like symptoms not attend the event. COVID-19 is a serious disease, resulting potentially in illness, hospitalization, and even death. Our first priority is the health and safety of our event participants.
